Wholesale orders will only be filled for selling in a physical retail store located in Australia.

Products are sold as firm sale. Returns will only be accepted if the product has a fault, after discussion with and agreement by Emily.

Emily may amend product prices (wholesale and RRP), lot quantities and postage rates at any time.

Larger orders may require extra processing time. If you are interested in placing a large order do get in touch to discuss your needs. Turnaround time for reprints is about ten business days.

Emily takes care to ensure that her products are packaged carefully, but cannot be held personally liable for damage/loss that may occur en route. As the sender, postal damage/loss claims will be made by Emily with the carrier.

As the creator of the original artworks on which her designs are based, Emily retains the copyright for use of said artworks/designs.

Emily has made every effort to ensure that the colours of her products are accurately represented online, but cannot control how they may appear when viewed by the customer.

Emily’s products are printed by ISO certified Australian printers. ISO certification is achieved by an independent audit and ensures a company meets high standards for quality, safety, environmental responsibility and other criteria.

At this time Emily’s products are not barcoded. Let her know if barcodes are a necessity for you and she will consider adding them for future print runs.

At this time Emily is not registered for GST.
